The Jury of Umore Azoka - The Leioa Festival of Street Theatre 2007 has awarded the following prizes for this 8th edition:


UMORE AZOKA PRIZE FOR THE BEST BASQUE PRODUCTION
To La Pez for “La danza que nos parió”, for its fresh, subversive approach merging different languages in an iconoclastic manner that forges an extremely direct communication with the audience.

UMORE AZOKA FOR THE BEST PRODUCTION FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD
To Alquimia 130 for “Alma candela”, as a piece specifically designed for an outdoor setting, combining live music and movement, and playing with such elements as fire and water to create a modern ritual.

To Ne Me Titere Pas for “El sainete del señor cura”, for the originality of the idea and the coherence of the performance.
