Monastery, dissolution, decline, the structure, the base, degradation, cleaning, art, liberty, simplicity...
This is what the artists, as part of these concepts, bring to the scene as the conclusion of a parallel between what the Cistercian Order meant for the Monastery of Rueda and what the public will see amongst the dancers.
After Entre-cortado's, POR [miedo], 1+7 and Cara de Mimbre, Cîteaux is the fifth work of Proyecto d_Ruses, a creative choreography project based in Aragon and founded by Jordi Vilaseca and Toño Monzón with the aim of promoting new work in the field of movement arts through their own creations and those of other artists such as, on this occasion, Marso de Decalage (UK).
