In any old city, amidst the hustle and bustle of street activity, amongst passers-by, advertising hoardings… appear these people that inhabit the avenues, parks and squares.
They fish through the dustbins, clean cars, do the washing, pick up fag-ends, dance, muck about, eat… in direct contact with an impromptu audience that follows them all around on their travels giving rise to the most amazing situations.
They end up dancing to the colour and brilliance of a fireworks display.
The city belongs to them and they are happy with that, they do not judge their way of life, but instead express the way they feel through their surroundings
