In “Cónsules de la Calle: Momento” (Consuls of the Street: Moment) Hortzmuga Teatroa leads us into the fringe world of street-dwellers. Here, spectators encounter a series of characters that they may possibly recognise from bus shelters, subways, from all those places where these people make their “homes”.

Individuals that are here transformed into almost magical beings, the characters in a fable that brings the audience closer to their story and everyday lives.

Momento is a travelling street performance in which 4 Consul actors and 3 musicians put all their experience at the group’s disposal to provide a show of amazing visual consistency. Imagination and reality at the same time to make us feel, live and dream. It is an urban performance full of music and poetry.
