Ohscale is a restful, silent installation that allows you to rediscover your city and see it in a different light. Look to be looked at, see to recognise. The ohscale project places the spectator above the city, from a raised platform 4 metres in height, for the purpose of observing, as if for the first time, a landscape that has been seen a thousand times before. An observation platform for looking down on something that we have always known and seen from below.

Up on the top, ohscale has fitted a digital camera that allows spectators to record their impressions. These images are gathered together one after the other, like hundreds of memories, at www.ohscale.com. Here each spectator can recognise the photograph of what they saw, and in short, once again look down from the ohscale.
